It is important to remember: the maximum loading of cargo in 40ft  container depends from the place of loading.

  • If 40 ft container after loading will be delivered to the port by container-truck the max loading must be 26.5 MT as per Ukrainian road rules.
  • If 40 ft container after loading will be delivered to the port by railway the max loading can be  5 MT as per railway rules.
  • The loading in the Port allows to load 40 feet container up to a maximum of 28.5 tons as per Port of Discharge rules.
